Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Driscoll Psychological and Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments that inform treatment planning.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group settings through telehealth modalities.

• Utilizing therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to address issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.

• Providing crisis intervention services and ensuring continuity of care through effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory guidelines.

• Empowering clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them to enhance their understanding and management of mental health conditions.

• Participating in outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjusting plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
