Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health services in accordance with program requirements and funding contracts, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Actively collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care effectively, ensuring that each client receives tailored support suited to their unique needs.
\n
• Engage with clients and their families with a strong focus on cultural competence, acknowledging and respecting the diverse backgrounds of those served.

• Work closely with other internal programs and clinical staff, as well as external personnel from schools and community organizations, to maximize collaborative efforts in client care.

• Fulfill billing requirements as per agency standards and ensure service delivery aligns with organizational needs.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotations and be prepared to address after-hours calls as outlined by program protocols.
\n
• Contribute to staff meetings, providing insights for program development and staff training initiatives.
\n
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality, consistently modeling our organizational approach, mission, and core values in all interactions.

• Perform case management duties, which include gathering comprehensive client information, assessing needs, and guiding clients and their families toward appropriate resources for support.

• Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the management team that align with the needs of the agency.
