Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions, delivering ethical, compassionate, and professional mental health services via video chat.

• Utilize a range of solution-focused therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to the individual needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly monitoring progress and addressing client concerns proactively.

• Foster deep insights into clients’ feelings, thoughts, and relationships, enhancing their understanding and coping strategies.

• Assist clients in identifying and cultivating healthy coping mechanisms, ensuring they have the tools necessary to manage stress and anxiety effectively.

• Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation in alignment with company policies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults seeking to improve their mental well-being. Your role will involve providing support and guidance tailored to individuals who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Eligibility for licensure will also be considered.

• Experience in providing therapeutic support remotely is preferred, though we value a strong willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
