Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish a clear understanding of each client's mental health needs.

• Monitor and document client outcomes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment strategies.

• Provide dedicated support to families, fostering a collaborative atmosphere to achieve the best outcomes for children and their developmental needs.

• Establish rapport with clients, ensuring a safe and welcoming virtual environment conducive to open communication and trust.

• Develop individualized treatment plans alongside families, employing evidence-based practices and following Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Educate families with practical information, skills, and strategies that enhance their child's emotional and psychological growth.

• Utilize a coaching model to empower families and deliver natural environment teaching for optimized engagement.

• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards to protect the welfare of clients and staff alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on marginalized and vulnerable populations, including children and families in need of mental health intervention. You will work closely with clients struggling with various issues—including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma—helping them navigate their journeys towards better mental health. Our holistic approach places value on each individual’s lived experiences, enabling us to tailor interventions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and formulate individualized treatment plans.
