Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, etc.), enabling you to provide unsupervised mental health services.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy, especially to adult populations.

• Proven proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and creating effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vitality Peak Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
