Work Environment\n

You will be part of a dynamic, remote work environment that promotes flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected to a collaborative team. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. The resources and technology used within our practice will include secure EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and innovative therapy methodologies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to deliver effective therapeutic interventions for diverse populations.

• Facilitate educational and support groups to address common mental health challenges while fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring clients receive necessary support during urgent mental health situations.

• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client information.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative care and have a say in the clinic's direction and methodologies.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually refine and improve your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential for this position.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, along with expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly to varying demographics, will be paramount.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
