Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions using teletherapy modalities, ensuring a client-centered approach during each interaction.

• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate individual therapy sessions, tailoring methods to effectively address each client’s unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and challenges, integrating therapeutic exercises to foster personal insights and growth.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, assisting them in developing practical, healthy coping mechanisms for managing stress and anxiety.

• Facilitate engaging discussions to help clients gain insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering deeper understanding and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults struggling with stress, anxiety, and related challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining cultural competence and providing inclusive care to a diverse client base.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy remotely, with an understanding of various teletherapy platforms.

• Familiarity with solution-focused and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , reflective of your experience and caseload managed.
