Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients’ needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Foster client growth by helping them develop new coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and essential communication skills.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address common mental health concerns, emphasizing community support and awareness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
