Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs of each patient and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive approaches to foster understanding and trust.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
