Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand clients' unique experiences, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored specifically to individual patient needs, factoring in their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health concerns and fostering resilience and overall well-being.

• Maintain collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a coordinated and comprehensive standard of care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and assessment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 74,000 to 104,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses that recognize your contributions to our patients' well-being and our organizational goals. Additional benefits include:
