Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to effectively address the challenges faced by clients.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a therapeutic environment that promotes resilience, healing, and personal growth.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care and treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating expertise in navigating crisis situations.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources, thereby empowering them to become advocates for their own mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 74,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, our counselors are eligible for a generous sign-on bonus, with additional bonuses based on state licensure.
