Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clientele includes various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care. Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; additional education or credentials are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 74,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include competitive compensation for licensed therapists, regular bonuses based on state licensure, and flexible scheduling options allowing for part-time hours between 5 to 40 hours a week, according to your preference.
