Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments for new clients, focusing on their mental health history, current challenges, and goals for therapy.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) allowing you to provide unsupervised therapy services in the state of California.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license by any jurisdiction.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
