Our Operations team takes care of administrative tasks, so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional care without distractions. You will be supported by a full-time Admissions and Assessment team, enhancing your ability to focus on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the evolving needs of your clients.

• Provide individual therapy sessions and lead group therapy sessions, with a maximum of 8 clients per group, fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals during case discussions, sharing insights and strategies as part of a continuous learning community.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat a range of mental health issues, while also ensuring accurate documentation of session notes and treatment progress.

• Maintain a flexible schedule that allows for both group and individual sessions, facilitating support during peak times, including some evenings and weekends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma through engaging therapy methods that resonate with younger clients. Your ability to create strong therapeutic alliances with these clients will be crucial for effective healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 and 40 hours per week, adaptable to either a contract (1099) or W2 employment model.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, ideally in a community health or clinical setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and a passion for serving young populations are vital.

• A history of being involved in group therapy design or implementation will be beneficial.
