Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs, risk factors, and treatment goals.

• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and attend regular case reviews to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based methodologies to guide treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and the importance of treatment adherence.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to create effective discharge plans and conduct follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress post-discharge.

• Address safety assessments proactively and respond to any changes in patient conditions with appropriate interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
