Work Environment\n

This position is a telehealth role that allows for a flexible work schedule while maintaining a structured Monday through Friday workweek from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will utilize secure, user-friendly digital platforms to conduct sessions with clients, enabling effective communication and a high level of service. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to identify their specific needs.

• Develop individualized therapeutic plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide regular follow-up sessions to track progress, adjust treatment plans, and support clients using evidence-based methodologies.

• Work with clients to equip them with coping strategies and essential tools to manage their mental health effectively.

You will work primarily with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use issues, and those seeking support for everyday stress. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working directly with diverse populations.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Emotional Resilience Therapeutic Services offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
