This role is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, prepare detailed treatment plans, and document ongoing progress while adhering to state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Participate in on-call rotation as required, ensuring that comprehensive care is available to all members.
\n
• Supervise Post Masters Fellows and Associate counselors, providing guidance and mentorship as appropriate based on completion of supervision coursework.
\n
• Engage actively with clients’ families, providing essential support, treatment explanations, and interventions to enhance treatment adherence.
\n
• Utilize resources from public and private agencies to effectively address the needs of clients, including referrals to external resources when necessary.
\n
• Develop and implement clinical treatment programs for individuals with acute or chronic mental health issues, participating in staff conferences to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment methodologies.
\n
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about therapeutic regimens and medications to promote understanding and compliance.
\n
• Conduct psychoeducational classes, enriching clients' knowledge and coping skills.
\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing acute mental health challenges, those managing chronic conditions, and families seeking support. By tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their mental well-being and promoting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential for this role.

• Proficient in delivering care in alignment with departmental standards and maintaining client confidentiality in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery of mental health services preferred but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated history of working with diverse populations and handling a full caseload effectively.

• Familiarity with NCQA regulations and experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation are advantageous.

• Annual salary of USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience.
