Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish trusting relationships through empathetic listening and open dialogue.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to client goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions via video platform, providing support for various mental health topics such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Advocate for clients by actively working to identify their needs and assisting in the development of actionable, realistic goals for their mental health journeys.

• Monitor and document client progress effectively, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions based on ongoing evaluations.

• Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings to share insights and best practices and maintain compliance with clinical standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Extensive experience in providing mental health counseling services, with demonstrated expertise in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence and embracing an inclusive approach in all therapeutic practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Self-starter disposition, capable of working independently while also functioning collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
