Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on therapeutic techniques for individuals and families, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, or group therapy as deemed appropriate.

• Document all clinical interactions with patients meticulously including their medical and psychological histories, assessment results, treatment outcomes, and any changes in condition.

• Provide crisis intervention services when required, using your expertise in mental health conditions, trauma, addiction, and domestic violence.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights into client progress and any psychosocial stressors affecting their mental health.

• Educate clients and their families about available community resources and support services to aid their healing process.

• Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing unique challenges related to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling services to a diverse population, demonstrating your capacity for empathy and effective communication.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
