Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing essential care to your clients. You will work within a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Additionally, you will benefit from minimal paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on the therapeutic aspects of your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique situation, emotions, and history, using evidence-based practices to develop customized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address client concerns.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
