Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals, conditions, and life circumstances, adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Administer individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing varied therapeutic techniques to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed, accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Stay informed about new research, trends, and best practices in psychology and mental health, integrating evidence-based interventions into your therapeutic work.

• Advocate for clients’ access to appropriate mental health resources, fostering collaborative relationships within the community to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will have the opportunity to support individuals navigating various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your culturally competent approach will ensure that all clients receive sensitive and appropriate support that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited program.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
