Work Environment\n

This full-time position is fully remote, catering to the evolving needs of modern mental health care. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, utilizing telehealth platforms that promote effective communication and engagement with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to assist clients in managing conditions like depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create a comprehensive and cohesive care plan for each client.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultation, aimed at enhancing your clinical skills and staying informed on best practices in the field.

• Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve patient care processes, striving for service excellence and optimal treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, state-issued license/certification as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working directly with individuals struggling with mental health issues.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients from varied demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to efficiently manage client documentation and progress notes.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, utilizing virtual platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
