Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to operate from a location of your choice while remaining integrated with our collaborative team of mental health professionals. Although the majority of your work will be conducted online, you will occasionally attend team meetings or consultations in-person, emphasizing our commitment to relationship building among colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to identify mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans catering to each patient’s specific needs and circumstances, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing both individual and group therapy where applicable, actively engaging clients in their recovery process.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate continuity of care.

• Network and collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to formulate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Stay apprised of new developments in mental health practices and engage in continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and substance abuse. You can expect to work with individuals from various backgrounds, allowing for an enriching experience that enhances your cultural competence and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills, enabling effective management of high-stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, cultivated by years of experience building rapport with clients.

• Competence in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related technology.

• Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality as a core value.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
