Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active and independent license (one of the following) issued by the relevant state board: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong capabilities in evaluating clients' mental health needs and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate nature that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and other digital tools to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Previous work with diverse populations or specialized therapeutic techniques may also enhance a candidate's appeal for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Nurture Nest Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additional benefits include:
