Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, and you will conduct therapy sessions using our user-friendly telehealth platform, which is designed to facilitate straightforward communication and documentation. Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, equipping you with a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to foster connection and engage with clients effectively.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, goals, and challenges, while adapting strategies as progress is made.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and enhancing client tracking.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case discussions and care coordination to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices and telehealth technologies, participating in professional development opportunities as they arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a telehealth therapist at Salt & Light Therapy, you will engage with a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health issues. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your role will be crucial in providing compassionate, stigma-free support and empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
\n
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional telehealth communication skills and a strong understanding of digital therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, as is a familiarity with online therapy tools and therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
