Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity issues, ensuring that you are equipped to provide effective support without navigating severe mental health crises. Before being matched with clients, all individuals are carefully screened to ensure they align with your expertise and demographic preferences, promoting a smooth therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

This position requires candidates to hold a Master's Degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

You must be a fully licensed professional in good standing, possessing one of the following licenses:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our compensation package includes:
