Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of each client, formulating individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique goals.

• Monitor medication adherence by providing prompts and reminders, and assisting clients with proper medication management in alignment with care plans.

• Assist clients in navigating day-to-day living tasks, including meal planning, shopping, and familiarization with public transportation routes as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on best practices for treatment approaches.

• Uphold the highest standards of client care, consistently evaluating progress toward goals and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.

• Model positive behaviors and practices that support client safety and well-being, including implementing safety protocols within the counseling environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• A current, valid license such as LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT issued within the state of California.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client cases effectively.

We offer competitive annual salaries in the range of USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
