Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate comprehensive clinical treatment programs tailored for clients with acute or chronic mental illnesses.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and create actionable strategies to address those needs effectively.

• Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and state regulations.

• Prepare detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and case notes, maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with NCQA standards.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to collaborate on treatment approaches, share insights, and evaluate client progress as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients, utilizing tools and methodologies that foster a robust therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing therapeutic support to older adults, addressing challenges that include depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Understanding the unique experiences of senior clients, you will facilitate coping strategies and foster resilience while connecting them with additional resources when necessary. Your approach will be centered on empathy and active listening, ensuring each client feels heard and respected.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in the state of California is mandatory; associates licenses are currently not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a full caseload, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience\n
