Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate comprehensive clinical treatment programs for clients experiencing acute or chronic mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, and emotional distress.

• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients' needs and collaborate with them to devise personalized, actionable strategies aimed at improving their mental health.
\n
• Provide ongoing support, including researching and referring clients to specialized resources when necessary, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they deserve.

• Facilitate counseling and psychotherapy sessions through telehealth platforms, offering both individual and group therapy sessions tailored specifically for adults and seniors.

• Document client progress meticulously by preparing detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries while adhering to state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Participate actively in departmental team meetings, contributing to the continuous evaluation and improvement of treatment programs.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions, which is vital in building trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field from an accredited institution.

• Hold a valid mental health professional license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Note that associates cannot be accepted as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Strong proficiency with technology and the ability to work independently, managing a caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds compassionately and respectfully.

• Proficient in navigating digital health platforms and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations and familiarity with their specific mental health needs is highly preferred.

• Annual salary range of USD $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
