Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic remote care to clients through a structured 8-week evidence-based program focused on behavioral health improvements.

• Monitor client progress closely, providing regular follow-up communications and personalized care recommendations. Document session notes diligently to track developments.

• Actively engage with the multidisciplinary care team to facilitate access to necessary resources for clients, ensuring a cohesive support strategy.

• Identify and address high-risk situations during client interactions with elevated safety concerns, adhering strictly to established company protocols.

• Participate regularly in team meetings, including clinical supervision sessions, monthly gatherings, and organizational Town Halls, to ensure alignment and ongoing professional development.

• Maintain confidentiality and security standards as outlined by HIPAA regulations, investing in your compliance through annual training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, guiding clients through various mental health challenges using evidence-based practices. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
