Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health challenges and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to meet clients' needs.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that clients in acute distress receive immediate support and care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic medical record systems.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development workshops to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time counselors. In addition to a robust compensation package, full-time employees are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and free access to our platform’s services while actively engaged as counselors.
