Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth sessions via secure digital platforms, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including clinically sound interventions.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders to create effective treatment paths.

• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring timely and accurate records of progress, services provided, and consent forms.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings and participate in professional development training to enhance your therapeutic skills and competence.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community agencies to create a network of support and resources for clients.

• Act as an advocate for your clients’ mental health, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system and providing essential referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field (Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health settings, with skills relevant to individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
