Our schedule is structured for work-life balance, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of adolescent and adult patients to assess their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions via video and phone sessions, ensuring adherence to telehealth best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Flourish Together, you will work primarily with a diverse population of adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license issued by the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
