Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices, and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement comprehensive therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as suited to individual circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other necessary standards, to safeguard patient privacy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.

• Participate in ongoing peer review meetings and case consultations to encourage knowledge sharing and elevate the quality of care provided.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, offering insights into mental health conditions and navigating community resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field through continuous learning, attending workshops, and reviewing contemporary research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from various backgrounds, often dealing with complex issues such as anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, family dynamics, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice mental health counseling as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
