Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with departmental and health system protocols, ensuring clear documentation and effective communication with team members.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments upon patient admission and updates as clinically indicated, applying social work theories and methodologies to identify client needs and devise effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create, implement, and evaluate patient-specific psychosocial treatment strategies, including coordination of referrals to appropriate specialties and social services.

• Provide emotional and practical support to patients and families facing environmental and psychological challenges related to their health conditions.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload with varying degrees of clinical acuity, maintaining continuity of care while documenting progress and treatment adjustments in real-time.

• Identify potential psychosocial needs for patients and their families through proactive engagement and participation in interdisciplinary rounds and team conferences.
\n
• Deliver supportive counseling, grief counseling, crisis intervention, and other therapeutic services to help clients navigate complex emotional landscapes, cope with medical information, and adjust to changes in care levels.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and families, helping them adapt to diagnoses, treatment options, and transition from youth to adult service frameworks.

• Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives and community outreach efforts, contributing insights to the development of social work policies and treatment guidelines.

• Develop clinical mental health diagnoses as part of comprehensive treatment planning when necessary.

• Supervise individual and group sessions for MSWs and student interns, fostering professional growth and development within the field.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution is required.

• The ideal candidate must hold valid professional licenses such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive written case narratives and reports reflecting patient progress and treatment goals.

• Proven knowledge of assessment techniques, interviewing methodologies, and counseling practices relevant to mental health care.

• Understanding of social work principles and intervention frameworks to apply them effectively in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year for this full-time position.
