Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients through virtual sessions, focusing on those affected by major mental illnesses and severe emotional challenges.

• Provide on-call support during assigned program hours, addressing urgent client needs and inquiries as they arise.

• Participate in organizational committees focused on refining service delivery models and pursuing continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you will serve consists primarily of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other severe emotional disorders. Your role will encompass catering to a diverse array of ages and backgrounds, requiring sensitivity to their unique cultural and psychological needs. You will actively contribute to the healing process by implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions that prioritize client agency and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, enabling efficient management of multiple client caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n
