Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote telehealth therapy to assigned clients, utilizing techniques that foster engagement and promote sustainable healing.

• Manage a caseload that includes a mix of individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining a schedule that allows for consistent client interaction.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians in regular case discussions to enhance therapeutic approaches and share expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. With a maximum of eight clients in a group setting, you will have the opportunity to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships and engage deeply in their healing processes. Our clients are diverse and may present with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. We believe that building rapport and trust is fundamental to effective therapy, and our organization encourages this relationship through structured sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on your choice between a contract or W2 employment structure.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000.
