Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing remote counseling through an 8-week evidence-based program designed to foster mental well-being.
\n
• Monitoring participant progress through regular check-ins, updating care plans as necessary, and documenting all interactions to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Actively participating in a multidisciplinary care team to assist participants in navigating available resources and ensuring they receive the necessary support.
\n
• Identifying high-risk scenarios and implementing company protocols to ensure participant safety and well-being.
\n
• Engaging in regular team meetings, supervisory sessions, and communal discussions to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
\n
• Upholding strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information, alongside fulfilling annual training commitments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges. This includes those requiring intervention for anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will be instrumental in helping participants develop actionable skills and sustainable habits for mental health success within a community health clinic setting.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

• One or more of the following active licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule for patient appointments and follow-ups.
\n
• Clinical expertise in psychotherapy methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques.

• A strong passion for making a positive impact on lives through behavioral health care.

• Adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy and a commitment to creating a drug-free workplace, which includes passing a drug test prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes:

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
