Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand unique client concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques tailored to each client’s goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety while facilitating access to necessary support resources.

• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with advancements in mental health practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• An earned Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred.

• Previous familiarity with electronic medical records systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Along with competitive compensation, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend and access to all services provided by our clinic, free for employees while actively counseling.
