Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience building, and the overall mental health improvement of each patient.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to foster healing and growth.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage patients to process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve therapeutic goals.

• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive holistic care tailored to their unique needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during emergencies related to trauma, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

You will be working primarily with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals facing severe mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California, complying with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
