Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a respectful and safe environment.

• Thoroughly assess clients' mental health needs through detailed intake assessments and consultations, allowing you to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychiatric diagnoses.

• Provide guidance and practical coping strategies, empowering clients to overcome challenges and improve their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Document and maintain accurate electronic records of client progress in compliance with all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff as part of a comprehensive care team, ensuring clients receive well-rounded support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of current research and emerging therapeutic techniques to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role supports a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health issues. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will be engaged in delivering culturally competent care tailored to the unique backgrounds and needs of each client. Your expertise will help to address specific life challenges, such as behavioral concerns in children, transitions in adolescents, and life adjustments in adults.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.
\n
• Excellent understanding of mental health treatment modalities, with a focus on evidence-based practices and crisis intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering remote therapy services, adapting therapeutic approaches to a virtual setting.

• Familiarity with child, adolescent, and adult development theories, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Preferred additional certifications in specialized areas such as DBT, Trauma, Military and Trauma Certification, or working with sexual offenders.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload size.
