Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk evaluations to ascertain patient needs accurately.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings: individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure patients receive comprehensive care during acute distress.

• Maintain precise and updated clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries while adhering to clinic policies and state regulatory guidelines.

• Educate patients and families about mental health topics, empowering them with knowledge and tools for effective management of mental health conditions.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other professionals to ensure holistic patient care is achieved.
