Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills suited for a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Stokes Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
