Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health.

• Formulate customized treatment plans based on assessments, client issues, and personal goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all backgrounds, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Provide couples therapy focused on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and strengthening partnerships.

• Continuously monitor and adapt treatment plans, ensuring responsiveness to clients' evolving needs and progress.

• Document sessions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records of client progress, treatment plans, and case histories.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and liaise with other healthcare providers when necessary to ensure holistic care.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and research to provide the best possible care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and training.

• Advocate for client rights while empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment and well-being.

• Demonstrate proficiency in virtual therapy delivery, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Each therapist tailors their approach to meet the unique needs of their clients, providing support and therapy for various mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, stress management, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and coping strategies for mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Licensure must be current and compliant with California regulations.
\n
• Experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience working in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000.
