Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility in work location while maintaining regular interactions with a dynamic team of mental health professionals. As a part of our Telehealth facility, you will utilize advanced digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for our clients across Sacramento, California, and beyond. Your work hours will typically fall between Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), alongside other evidence-based practices, to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in client records.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver holistic care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously refine care strategies and improve service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and community resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health treatment to enhance therapy effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal conflicts. Your role is integral in fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
