Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients.

• Creating tailored treatment plans and interventions guided by best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative therapeutic strategies that resonate with diverse client backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including both adolescent and adult populations. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in providing counseling services, particularly within community health settings or similar environments.

Preferred Experience\n

While the qualifications listed above are mandatory, candidates with the following additional experiences are highly preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe that our therapists deserve excellent compensation and support. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
