Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments to understand client needs, preferences, and goals, paving the way for personalized treatment plans.

• Implement and critically evaluate treatment strategies and therapeutic modalities, adapting as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Engage with clients in therapeutic settings, both individually and in groups, to foster a strong therapeutic alliance and encourage open dialogue.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapies tailored to client needs, employing techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with company standards and submission of paperwork within 24 to 48 hours post-session.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to create an integrated care plan that maximizes the therapeutic potential for patients.

• Stay refreshed on current trends and best practices in mental health care through ongoing training, workshops, and engagement in clinical research as part of your commitment to professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base that includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. The diverse backgrounds of our patients demand a therapist who is culturally competent and resonates with the experiences and perspectives of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A valid and active license to practice in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a private practice or community health setting.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage a meaningful caseload independently.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3 years of experience in clinical settings with a focus on family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse recovery.
