Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs through detailed interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adapt individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and clients’ personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care in both individual and group settings.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes, holding collaborative review sessions with multidisciplinary teams as necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute distress or significant life challenges.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with ethical standards and local and federal regulations, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of current research in mental health.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create cohesive and comprehensive care plans.
