Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to identify clients' needs and formulate customized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to fit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring seamless communication and transparency within the healthcare team.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to develop and refine treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to uphold quality care standards and enhance clinical skills.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community resources to encourage informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on diverse clientele bringing various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and family issues, with an emphasis on fostering resilience and personal growth. You will work with individuals from varying backgrounds, ensuring that each patient feels understood, respected, and empowered in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling personalized approaches to client care.
