Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while working within an outpatient office framework. You will be part of a team that values professional collaboration and encourages the use of diverse therapeutic modalities. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, offering both our clinicians and clients flexibility in scheduling appointments. Furthermore, we handle all necessary in-house credentialing and insurance management, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing excellent therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to understand their unique circumstances and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and successful treatment outcomes.

• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely and ethical manner, in accordance with best practices and department standards.
\n
• Provide case management support, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to advocate for holistic patient care.
\n
• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing to patient rounds where treatment plans and patient progress are discussed, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach.

• Support the personal development of clients by guiding them toward achieving their individualized service plans through structured, outcome-oriented therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Our goal is to tailor our therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient, guiding them through transitions and helping them develop essential coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
